Responsibilities

• Represent Urban Outfitters through individuality, creativity, and personal perspective; stay informed about product drops, trends, and in-store and online activity.
• Engage customers in authentic conversations, communicate exclusive drops and promotions, and share enthusiasm for products to create memorable shopping experiences.
• Maintain an inspiring, organized, easy-to-shop store, including restocking and styling displays.
• Use in-store technology to help customers shop in-store, online, or through other channels.
• Remain open to trying new tasks, helping where needed, and learning in a changing work environment.
• Support teammates, share ideas, and contribute to a positive store environment.
