Branch Manager – English/Spanish
About The Position
Security Finance is seeking a bilingual English/Spanish Branch Manager to lead a branch team and serve customers with financial needs in person and over the phone. The role connects the branch with its community and focuses on installment loans and income tax preparation. The manager develops and oversees employees, maintains accurate and secure cash handling, meets branch goals through strong customer service, and ensures timely, accurate completion of loan processes and tax returns. The role also includes reporting, collection activities to minimize delinquent debt, and compliance with lending regulations and company policies. Candidates are subject to a background check for convictions directly related to the position’s duties and responsibilities; only job-related convictions will be evaluated and they will not automatically disqualify a candidate.
Requirements
- Previous management experience.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English and Spanish.
- Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations.
- Valid state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- Access to a reliable automobile for daily use.
