About The Position

The Branch Manager is a hands-on leader who connects the branch with its community and customers. The role helps customers with financial needs in person and over the phone, and oversees branch employees and operations. Security Finance provides installment loans and income tax preparation to the communities it serves. The position is subject to a background check for convictions directly related to its duties and responsibilities; only job-related convictions are evaluated, and they do not automatically disqualify a candidate.

Requirements

• Previous management experience.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations.
• Valid state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Access to a reliable automobile for daily use.

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead, train, and manage branch employees.
• Maintain office cash accurately and securely.
• Meet branch goals while providing outstanding customer service.
• Ensure prompt and accurate completion of loan processes and income tax returns.
• Maintain reporting and minimize delinquent debt through collection activities.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal lending regulations and company policies and procedures.
