About The Position

Security Finance is hiring a bilingual English/Spanish Branch Manager to lead a branch team and serve customers in person and over the phone. The manager connects the branch with its community, assists customers with financial needs, and leads employees in meeting branch goals. Security Finance provides installment loans and income tax preparation and emphasizes respectful customer service and community involvement.

The role includes developing, leading, training, and managing branch employees; maintaining office cash accurately and securely; overseeing loan processing and income tax return completion; maintaining reports and supporting collection activities to minimize delinquent debt; and ensuring compliance with applicable lending regulations and company policies and procedures. The position is subject to a background check for convictions directly related to its duties and responsibilities; only job-related convictions are evaluated and they do not automatically disqualify candidates.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate fluently in English and Spanish.
• Previous management experience.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations.
• A valid state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Access to a reliable automobile for daily use.
