Branch Manager – English/Spanish
About The Position
Security Finance is seeking a bilingual English/Spanish Branch Manager to lead a branch team and serve as a connection between the branch, the community, and its customers. The manager assists customers with financial needs in person and over the phone, develops and manages employees, and helps the branch meet its goals while delivering strong customer service. The role oversees installment loan processing and income tax preparation, branch cash, reporting, collections, and compliance with applicable lending regulations and company policies. The position is subject to a background check for convictions directly related to its duties and responsibilities; only job-related convictions are evaluated, and they do not automatically disqualify a candidate.
Requirements
- Previous management experience.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English and Spanish.
- Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations.
- Valid state driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Access to a reliable automobile for daily use.
