About The Position

Security Finance is hiring a bilingual English/Spanish Branch Manager to lead a branch team and connect the branch with its community and customers. The manager assists customers by phone and in person with financial needs and helps provide installment loans and income tax preparation services. The position is hands-on and focuses on team leadership, customer service, branch operations, loan and tax-return processing, collections, and compliance. The role includes training and orientation, with opportunities for career growth and monthly bonuses when branch goals are met. Employment is subject to a background check for convictions directly related to the job; only job-related convictions are evaluated and they do not automatically disqualify a candidate.

Requirements

• Previous management experience.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations.
• Valid state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Access to a reliable automobile for daily use.

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead, train, and manage branch employees.
• Maintain office cash accurately and securely.
