Branch Manager – English/Spanish
About The Position
Security Finance is seeking a bilingual English/Spanish Branch Manager to lead a branch team and serve customers in person and over the phone. The role connects the branch with its community and helps customers address financial needs through installment loans and income tax preparation. The Branch Manager develops, leads, trains, and manages branch employees; maintains office cash securely and accurately; and works toward branch goals while delivering outstanding customer service. The position also oversees accurate and prompt completion of loan applications and income tax returns, reporting, collection activities to minimize delinquent debt, and compliance with lending regulations and company policies. The company provides hands-on, online, and new-hire orientation training. Candidates are subject to a background check for convictions directly related to the role; only job-related convictions are evaluated, and they do not automatically disqualify a candidate.
Requirements
- Previous management experience.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Fluent communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations.
- A valid state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- Access to a reliable automobile for daily use.
