About The Position

The Branch Manager is a hands-on leader who connects the branch with its community and customers. The role involves assisting customers with financial needs in person and over the phone, leading branch employees, and helping the team meet its goals. Security Finance provides installment loans and income tax preparation to the communities it serves.

Requirements

• Previous management experience.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations.
• A valid state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Access to a reliable automobile for daily use.

• Ability to fluently communicate in English and Spanish.
• Previous finance experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead, train, and manage branch employees.
• Maintain office cash accurately and securely.
• Meet goals while providing outstanding customer service.
• Ensure prompt and accurate completion of the loan process and income tax returns.
• Maintain reporting and minimize delinquent debt through collection activities.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal lending regulations and company policies and procedures.
