About The Position

As a Branch Manager in a Chase Branch, you will lead and manage all aspects of the branch, including growing deposits and investments, overseeing operations, and coaching the team. You will foster a welcoming environment for employees and clients, represent Chase’s brand and culture, deliver banking solutions and financial technology, and collaborate with experts to address clients’ specialized financial needs. The position requires completion of Chase’s Branch Manager Training Program before placement, as well as travel as required for in-person training and meetings, which may include out-of-state travel. The role is subject to Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators and requires NMLS registration under the SAFE Act. Continued employment is contingent on meeting applicable registration, renewal, and compliance requirements. An employment offer is also contingent on the company’s review of relevant background and financial-responsibility information; a felony conviction within the last seven years disqualifies candidates.
