About The Position

The Assistant Manager partners with the store manager to oversee the daily operation of an AT&T retail store. The role supports merchandising and product launches, helps meet and exceed sales objectives, and ensures customers receive an extraordinary experience with AT&T products and services. The Assistant Manager coaches and develops retail sales consultants to help them achieve sales and service goals, with paid training provided to support leadership success. The position is based at the Hialeah, Florida store and is scheduled for 40 hours per week.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems.
• Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
• Strategic perspective and ability to champion change.
• Ability to inspire a team through high performance, collaboration, and teamwork.
