About The Position

The Bilingual Spanish Assistant Manager partners with a store manager to oversee the daily operations of an AT&T retail store. The role supports merchandising and product launches, helps meet and exceed sales objectives, and ensures customers receive an extraordinary experience with AT&T products and services. The assistant manager coaches and develops retail sales consultants to help them meet sales and service goals. Paid training is provided to support leadership success. Bilingual employees may be eligible for additional starting pay.

Requirements

Speak Spanish and English.
Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
Prior management experience.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Well-developed planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems.
Strategic perspective and the ability to champion change.
Ability to inspire a team through high performance, collaboration, and teamwork.
Ability to use professional expertise to solve problems and analyze issues.
Ability to take initiative and create results.

Responsibilities
