About The Position

The Assistant Manager partners with a store manager to oversee the daily operation of an AT&T retail store. The role supports merchandising and product launches, helps meet and exceed sales objectives, and works to ensure customers receive an extraordinary experience with AT&T products and services. The Assistant Manager also coaches and develops retail sales consultants so they can meet sales and service goals. AT&T provides paid training to support leadership success.

Requirements

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
Prior management experience.
Well-developed planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems.
Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
Strategic perspective and ability to champion change.

Annual salary of $47,500–$71,300, plus up to $18,000 in yearly commissions if sales goals are met.
