About The Position

This role partners with a store manager to oversee the daily operation of an AT&T retail store. The Assistant Manager helps with merchandising and product launches, supports achievement of sales objectives, and ensures customers receive an extraordinary experience with AT&T products and services. The role also includes outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events as needed. The position coaches and develops retail sales consultants to help them meet sales and service goals, with best-in-class paid training provided to support leadership success.

Requirements

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
Prior management experience.
Well-developed planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems.
Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
Strategic perspective and ability to champion change.
Professional expertise in solving problems and analyzing issues.
Initiative and a focus on creating results.

Responsibilities
