About The Position

The Assistant Manager partners with the store manager to oversee the daily operation of an AT&T retail store. The role helps manage and develop the team, supports merchandising and product launches, and helps meet and exceed sales objectives while ensuring customers receive an extraordinary experience with AT&T products and services. The Assistant Manager coaches retail sales consultants to help them meet sales and service goals and receives paid training to support leadership success. The position is located at 8821 S Dixie Hwy, Miami, Florida, with a regular schedule of 40 hours per week. Annual salary is $47,500–$71,300, plus up to $18,000 in yearly commissions if all sales goals are met; starting salary within the range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education or training.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems.
• Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Responsibilities
