About The Position

The Assistant Manager, Store/Kiosk partners with a store manager to oversee the daily operation of an AT&T retail store. The role assists with merchandising and product launches, helps meet and exceed sales objectives, and ensures customers receive an excellent experience with AT&T products and services. The assistant manager coaches and develops retail sales consultants so they can meet sales and service goals. AT&T provides paid training to support leadership success. The position is based in Miami, Florida, and is listed for 40 hours per week.

Requirements

Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
Prior management experience.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Well-developed planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems.
Strategic perspective and the ability to champion change.
Professional expertise in solving problems and analyzing issues.
Ability to take initiative and create results.
Bilingual Spanish.

Annual salary of $47,500–$71,300, plus up to $18,000 in annual commissions if all sales goals are met
