About The Position
Meals Now is a white-glove catering delivery company trusted by national brands. Catering Delivery Drivers act as an extension of Meals Now’s and its restaurant clients’ brands, providing clean, professional, consistent service. The role focuses exclusively on catering deliveries, not fast food, groceries, or stacking gig orders. Drivers pick up large catering orders, deliver and set up the food at customer locations, follow instructions carefully, and document drop-offs with clean setup photos. Compensation is paid per delivery, with additional incentives for on-time streaks, tier level, and photo quality.
Requirements
- Reliable car, van, or SUV; bikes are not accepted in most markets.
- Catering bag and cart, or willingness to purchase them.
- Valid driver’s license and insurance.
- Smartphone with internet/data.
- Availability for weekday morning and lunch shifts (8:00 AM–11:00 PM EST).
- Professional appearance; gym clothes, hoodies, and slides are not acceptable.
- Comfort with setup and light lifting.
- Dependability, communication, and pride in work.
Responsibilities
- Pick up large catering orders from premium restaurant partners.
- Deliver and set up food in office buildings, hospitals, schools, and event venues.
- Represent Meals Now and the restaurant professionally, punctually, and courteously.
- Follow delivery instructions with precision and care.
- Take clean setup photos at drop-off.
