About The Position
Meals Now is a white-glove catering delivery company serving national brands. Drivers represent Meals Now and its restaurant partners by delivering catering orders professionally and consistently. The role focuses exclusively on catering deliveries, with no fast-food, grocery, or gig-stacking work. Drivers pick up large catering orders, deliver and set up food at customer locations, follow instructions carefully, and take photos of completed setups. The position is offered as an independent contractor delivery partnership in Wildwood, Florida. Compensation is paid per delivery, with weekly pay via Gig safe (Next Day) and additional incentives.
Requirements
- Have a reliable car, van, or SUV; bikes are not suitable for most markets.
- Have a catering bag and cart, or be willing to purchase them.
- Hold a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
- Have a smartphone with internet/data access.
- Be available for weekday morning and lunch shifts, 7 a.m.–2 p.m.
- Maintain a professional appearance; gym clothes, hoodies, and slides are not acceptable.
- Be comfortable with setup and light lifting.
- Be dependable, communicative, and take pride in the work.
Responsibilities
- Pick up large catering orders from premium restaurant partners.
- Deliver and set up food in office buildings, hospitals, schools, and event venues.
- Represent Meals Now and restaurant partners with professionalism, punctuality, and courtesy.
- Follow delivery instructions with precision and care.
- Take clean setup photos at drop-off.
