About The Position
Meals Now is seeking a high-standard independent contractor to deliver catering orders in Kendall, Florida. The role focuses exclusively on catering delivery, not fast food, grocery delivery, or gig stacking. Drivers pick up large catering orders from premium restaurant partners, deliver and set up food at locations such as office buildings, hospitals, schools, and event venues, and represent Meals Now and the restaurant with professionalism, punctuality, and courtesy. Drivers must follow delivery instructions carefully and take clean setup photos at drop-off. Compensation is $25–$45+ per delivery, paid the next day via Gigsafe, with additional incentives for on-time streaks, tier level, and photo quality.
Requirements
- Reliable car, van, or SUV; bikes are not suitable for most markets.
- Catering bag and cart, or willingness to purchase them.
- Valid driver’s license and insurance.
- Smartphone with internet/data.
- Availability for weekday morning and lunch shifts; the stated availability hours are 8:00 AM–11:00 PM EST.
- Professional appearance; gym clothes, hoodies, and slides are not acceptable.
- Comfort with setup and light lifting.
- Dependability, communication, and pride in work.
