About The Position

As LINK Staffing continues to grow, we are looking for a talented Branch Manager to lead our centrally located Houston team! With over 45 years of proven success, we pride ourselves on our values-driven culture and our commitment to exceeding client expectations. This role requires a competitive, high-energy leader with a passion for team development, sales, and community engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a B2B service-based industry, with staffing or recruiting experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven success in business development and sales performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a metrics-driven, high-performance environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Proactive leadership and a positive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to analyze trends and deliver actionable business insights.
  • High integrity, professionalism, and empathy in team and client interactions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/ATS platforms.
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to travel locally to client sites and attend community events as needed.
  • Must be bilingual in English & Spanish

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day leadership and mentorship to branch staff, including recruiters and account executives.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture aligned with LINK’s Core Values.
  • Hire, train, and develop top talent for recruiting and sales positions.
  • Monitor and manage KPIs including order fulfillment, recruiting metrics, employee turnover, and payroll accuracy.
  • Develop and execute a local sales strategy to drive new business and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, providing tailored workforce solutions.
  • Collaborate with corporate leadership on strategies to increase profitability and growth.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely fulfillment of job orders with qualified talent.
  • Leverage LINK’s internal ATS and CRM systems for operational efficiency and data integrity.
  • Promote safety and compliance programs across all branch activities.
  • Manage branch P&L, billing accuracy, and collection performance.
  • Actively network within the local business community.
  • Attend events and represent LINK Staffing as a leader in staffing and recruiting solutions.
  • Enhance the LINK Staffing brand through outreach and local marketing.
