About The Position

The Branch Manager is a hands-on leader who connects the branch with its community and customers. The role involves helping customers with financial needs in person and over the phone while leading a team and supporting the branch’s goals. Security Finance provides installment loans and income tax preparation to the communities it serves.

Requirements

• Previous management experience.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations.
• A valid state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Access to a reliable automobile for daily use.

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead, train, and manage branch employees.
• Maintain office cash accurately and securely.
• Meet goals while providing outstanding customer service.
• Ensure prompt and accurate completion of loan processes and income tax returns.
• Maintain reporting and minimize delinquent debt through collection activities.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal lending regulations and company policies and procedures.
