About The Position

Greenix is seeking an energetic, creative, and highly motivated Branch Manager to support its growing pest control business. The role leads branch employees and operations, promoting effective performance, proficiency, and world-class customer service. The manager works closely with employees to ensure quality and timely service, oversees training, compliance, human resources activities, and sales, and takes a hands-on approach to the branch’s expansion and success. The position also involves covering routes when employees call off, performing office duties on Mondays and Fridays, and spending full days in the field with team members.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Previous management experience.
• Experience with reporting software.
