About The Position
Point Spring & Driveshaft Co. is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a high-performing team, ensure smooth shop operations, and guarantee customer satisfaction. This role involves hands-on leadership with the autonomy to manage a branch location. The ideal candidate will thrive on building relationships and maintaining operational efficiency within a supportive team environment that values hard work and work-life balance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in branch, operations, or store management.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Working knowledge of inventory control, profit/loss statements, and safety compliance.
- Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in business software and systems (e.g., inventory, ERP, Microsoft Office).
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to operate in a warehouse or shop environment.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in the heavy-duty truck industry.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, service issues, and branch-related decisions.
- Generate service orders and oversee customer needs from initiation to completion.
- Collaborate effectively with mechanics, sales personnel, and delivery drivers to ensure seamless operations.
- Oversee inventory management, staffing, scheduling, and the overall daily operations of the branch.
- Lead and mentor a team, fostering pride in their work and the service provided.
