About The Position

As a Branch Manager in a Chase branch, you will lead the branch’s client experience and manage its team, business growth, and operations. You will help create a welcoming environment for employees and clients, grow deposits and investments, coach the team, represent Chase’s brand and culture, deliver banking solutions and financial technology, and collaborate with specialists to address clients’ financial needs. The role requires successful completion of the Branch Manager Training Program before placement and travel as needed for in-person training and meetings, which may include out-of-state travel. Continued employment is contingent on meeting these requirements, including registration immediately after starting and completing annual renewals and updates. An offer is contingent on review of criminal conviction history, credit report, NMLS information, and other relevant information.
