About The Position

The Branch Manager is a hands-on leader who connects the branch with its community and customers. The role helps customers in person and over the phone with their financial needs while leading branch employees and supporting the company’s installment loan and income tax preparation services. Success involves developing and managing the team, providing outstanding customer service, meeting branch goals, and ensuring accurate and compliant operations.

Requirements

• Previous management experience.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Ability to fluently communicate in English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations.
• Valid state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Access to a reliable automobile for daily use.

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead, train, and manage branch employees.
• Maintain office cash accurately and securely.
• Meet goals while providing outstanding customer service.
• Ensure prompt and accurate completion of loan processes and income tax returns.
• Maintain reporting and minimize delinquent debt through collection activities.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal lending regulations and company policies and procedures.
• Assist customers with financial needs in person and over the phone.
