About The Position

The Branch Manager leads branch operations and customer service for Heights Finance, a consumer credit lender and member of the Attain Finance family. The role focuses on growing the branch, guiding customers through loan services, managing loan processes and delinquent accounts, and developing a team that delivers strong customer service and builds long-term customer relationships. The manager also handles staffing, performance management, scheduling, payroll, and expenses. The position is full-time and based at 1994 Gallatin Pike North, Ste 101, Madison, TN 37115. The regular schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; evenings and weekends may be needed based on business needs or peak seasons. The anticipated base salary is $57,000–$84,000, with the actual offer depending on factors including location, skills, knowledge, competencies, and experience. Full-time employees are eligible for paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and other voluntary coverage beginning on day one. Employees may participate in the company 401(k) program with a company match beginning 30 days after hire, on the first of the month. Requirements

1–2 years of leadership or management experience, with demonstrated ability to influence and lead others.
Demonstrated ability to make a positive difference in the community by assisting others through customer service, project management, or team support.
Commitment to career advancement, taking on new challenges, and continuous learning.
Experience guiding clients or stakeholders through processes and providing support and advice.
Ability to support the growth of team members and foster a collaborative and inclusive environment.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

Associate or bachelor’s degree.
1–2 years of experience in consumer finance, lending, or banking.

Responsibilities

Implement marketing plans, build business relationships, and manage daily operations to meet branch goals.
Oversee new and refinanced loans, ensuring compliance and providing outstanding customer service.
Proactively manage delinquent accounts with urgency.
Set standards for customer service and sales, and address customer concerns professionally.
Coach, mentor, and develop team members; lead by example and foster customer service excellence and strong relationships.
Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and partner with Talent Acquisition on recruitment.
Manage scheduling, payroll, and expenses to support efficient branch operations.
