About The Position

Standard Supply is hiring a Branch Manager Trainee for a full-time, entry-level management track in HVAC distribution and operations. The role provides hands-on training across branch functions, including warehouse operations, counter sales, inventory management, and business processes. The ground-up program is intended to prepare the trainee for future branch leadership through practical experience, tools, and mentorship. The position requires willingness to relocate for future branch management opportunities and travel locally. Standard Supply is a family-owned HVAC supply company operating since 1946, with locations across Texas, Oklahoma, and Arizona.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or at least 5 years of experience in the HVAC industry.
Willingness to relocate for future branch management opportunities.
Willingness to travel locally.
Clean driving record with no major or repeated infractions.
Physical ability to lift more than 50 pounds and perform warehouse duties.
Ability to bend, reach, kneel, climb ladders, and handle bulky or overhead items.
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and push or pull more than 20 pounds.
