About The Position

Lead the Farley Branch, managing the team, customers, and P&L. As an employee-owned company, this role offers the opportunity to share in the results driven by the individual. The Branch General Manager will be responsible for the overall operations of the branch, including financial performance, team leadership, and customer relations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong leadership and communication
• Comfort with budgets and forecasting
• Microsoft Office; business systems a plus

• 5+ years related experience

Responsibilities

• Run the full branch: the team, the customers, and the P&L.
• Own the P&L, forecasting, and branch KPIs
• Recruit, coach, and lead the team
• Direct Sales, Service, Parts and Rental
• Manage inventory levels, turns, and audits
• Keep the facility, yard, and fleet sharp
• Represent Rexco at customer and industry events
