About The Position

Stark Tech is looking for a Branch General Manager to oversee our New Hampshire operations. This senior leadership role carries accountability for the branch’s overall success and sustained expansion, including P&L management, sales and operational outcomes, client relations, and team leadership. In the role of Branch General Manager, you will define the strategic direction of the business while maintaining close engagement with customers, teams, and the market that fuel its achievements. You will collaborate across Stark Tech to uncover growth prospects, enhance operational efficiency, nurture talent, and secure the long-term viability of our New Hampshire branch. Compensation for this role extends beyond base salary. Branch GMs participate in Stark’s annual performance-based incentive program, which rewards achievement against company, branch and individual objectives. The compensation structure also provides meaningful additional upside for leaders who drive sustained EBITDA growth and create incremental value in their business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in the Building Automation and/or construction industry.
  • 5+ years of management or leadership experience.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing a P&L.
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing profitable growth and sales strategies.
  • Experience leading teams and driving results across multiple business functions.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and with customers.
  • Ability to balance strategic priorities with day-to-day business and operational needs.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 25% as business needs require.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall performance of the New Hampshire branch, with ownership of revenue, profitability, budgets, operating costs, and P&L results.
  • Develop and execute business strategies that support growth across Integration sales and services.
  • Identify opportunities to expand our customer base, strengthen market presence, and grow existing relationships.
  • Partner with Sales leadership on annual planning, sales targets, pipeline development, account strategy, and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Monitor key business metrics including backlog, gross profit, forecast accuracy, pipeline, margins, DSO, service delivery, and workforce utilization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, mechanical and electrical contractors, and other industry partners.
  • Ensure strong operational execution across project delivery, service, safety, customer experience, and business processes.
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members while creating an environment of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Make thoughtful staffing and organizational decisions that support current business needs and future growth.
  • Represent Stark Tech in the New Hampshire market through customer, industry, and community engagement.
