About The Position
Lead the Davenport branch, taking ownership of the team, customers, and P&L. As an employee-owned company, this role offers the opportunity to share in the results driven by your performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong leadership and communication
- Comfort with budgets and forecasting
- Microsoft Office; business systems a plus
Nice To Haves
- 5+ years related experience
Responsibilities
- Run the full branch: the team, the customers, and the P&L.
- Own the P&L, forecasting, and branch KPIs
- Recruit, coach, and lead the team
- Direct Sales, Service, Parts and Rental
- Manage inventory levels, turns, and audits
- Keep the facility, yard, and fleet sharp
- Represent Rexco at customer and industry events
