About The Position

Adoration Health is seeking a dedicated Home Health Branch Director in Vidalia, Georgia. The role leads branch clinical services, establishes care standards, and supports quality patient outcomes across Candler, Emanuel, Evans, Jeff Davis, Montgomery, Tattnall, Toombs, and Treutlen counties. The director oversees branch performance and operations, supervises administrative staff, and supports clinical managers in delivering quality home care. The position is full-time. Qualified external candidates may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000.

Adoration Health describes the position as offering independent decision-making with support from clinical and operational leadership, along with access to professional development and leadership training. The company provides services in the home and is an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services.

Requirements

• RN license (ASN or BSN).
• At least one to two years of experience in health services administration, including at least one year of supervisory or administrative experience in Home Health Care or a related Health Care program, as required by state-specific and federal requirements.
• Valid license from the state where practicing.
• Current CPR certification.

Nice To Haves

• Five years of experience in leadership or business development.

Responsibilities

• Support and supervise Clinical Managers to promote effective performance and delivery of quality home care services.
• Maintain efficient, productive, effective, and organized office operations, providing a safe working environment and meeting local ordinances and fire and safety regulations in compliance with company policies.
• Ensure deficiencies identified during internal or external surveys or audits are addressed and corrected.
• Directly supervise all branch administrative staff and oversee clinical staff in collaboration with Clinical Managers.
• Provide overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Branch.
