About The Position
Adoration Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to lead its Home Health branch in Cleveland, Tennessee, serving the Cleveland coverage area. The Branch Director leads clinical services, establishes care standards, and supports quality patient outcomes. The role oversees branch performance and operations, supervises administrative staff, and works with Clinical Managers to ensure effective delivery of home care services. The schedule is full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Home health experience is required.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse license; an ASN or BSN is accepted.
- At least one to two years of experience in health services administration, including at least one year of supervisory or administrative experience in Home Health Care or a related health care program, subject to state-specific and federal requirements.
- Valid license from the state in which the candidate will practice.
- Current CPR certification.
- Home Health experience.

Responsibilities
- Support and supervise Clinical Managers to promote effective performance and the delivery of quality home care services.
- Maintain efficient, productive, effective, and organized office operations and provide a safe working environment for employees.
- Ensure compliance with local ordinances, fire and safety regulations, and company policies.
- Ensure deficiencies identified during internal or external surveys or audits are addressed and corrected.
- Directly supervise all administrative staff at the branch and oversee clinical staff in collaboration with Clinical Managers.
- Provide overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the branch.
