About The Position

Adoration Health is seeking a dedicated Home Health Branch Director for its Warner Robins, Georgia office, serving Houston and Peach counties and portions of Twiggs County. This full-time leadership role oversees branch operations and clinical services, establishes care standards, and supports quality patient outcomes. The Branch Director works with clinical and operational leadership and leads administrative staff while collaborating with Clinical Managers to support clinical staff.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse license; an ASN or BSN is accepted.
• At least one to two years of experience in health services administration, including at least one year of supervisory or administrative experience in Home Health Care or a related health care program, subject to state-specific and federal requirements.
• Valid license from the state in which the candidate practices.
• Current CPR certification.

Nice To Haves

• Five years of experience in leadership or business development is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and supervise Clinical Manager(s) to promote effective performance and delivery of quality home care services.
• Maintain efficient, productive, effective, and organized office operations and provide a safe working environment for employees.
• Ensure compliance with local ordinances, fire and safety regulations, and company policies.
• Ensure deficiencies identified through internal or external surveys or audits are addressed and corrected.
• Directly supervise all administrative staff at the branch and oversee clinical staff in collaboration with Clinical Manager(s).
• Provide overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the branch.
