About The Position
Gracent Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Part-Time Morning Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for their clinic in Elmhurst, IL. The position emphasizes real flexibility, allowing clinicians to build their weekly rhythm, and offers the same caseload structure as full-time BCBAs, scaled to part-time hours. Supervision is built into the hours, and the role promotes true interdisciplinary care with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers. Gracent utilizes a unique clinical model with the Gracent Care Calculator, a peer-reviewed tool, to avoid blanket hour recommendations. Opportunities for career growth into Lead BCBA or Clinical Director roles are available for those who wish to scale up.
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Licensed in the state of Illinois, and in good standing
- Availability to consistently cover morning sessions (schedule to be built together)
- Strong communicator who is proactive and detail-oriented
- Passion for serving children and families, especially those with autism and developmental needs
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans grounded in assent-based, neuroaffirming care
- Support parent training
- Supervise RBTs
- Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers as part of the same team
- Run own intakes
- Keep documentation and treatment plans at high clinical standards
