About The Position
Gracent Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Part-Time Morning Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for their clinic in Naperville, IL. Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), licensed in the state of Illinois, and in good standing
- Availability to consistently cover morning sessions
- Strong communicator who is proactive and detail-oriented
- Passion for serving children and families, especially those with autism and developmental needs
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans grounded in assent-based, neuroaffirming care
- Support parent training
- Supervise your RBTs
- Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers as part of the same team
- Run your own intakes
- Keep documentation and treatment plans at high clinical standards
