Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Licensed in the state of Illinois and in good standing
• Availability to consistently cover morning sessions (flexible scheduling options available)
• Strong communication skills
• Proactive and detail-oriented
• Passion for serving children and families, especially those with autism and developmental needs

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans grounded in assent-based, neuroaffirming care
• Support parent training
• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Collaborate with Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), Physical Therapists (PTs), and mental health providers
• Run own intakes, including assessment, plan development, and client management
• Maintain high clinical standards for documentation and treatment plans
