About The Position

North Shore Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Part-Time Morning Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team in Lincolnwood, IL. This role is designed for clinicians who value flexibility and work-life balance, offering a morning-focused schedule that allows for afternoon availability for family or personal commitments. The position emphasizes real flexibility, allowing BCBAs to build a weekly schedule that fits their life, with caseloads scaled to their hours. Clinicians will work within a true interdisciplinary care model, collaborating with Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), Physical Therapists (PTs), and mental health providers. The company utilizes a unique clinical model with the Gracent Care Calculator, a peer-reviewed tool for individualized treatment planning. Opportunities for career growth into Lead BCBA or Clinical Director roles are available even for part-time clinicians.

Requirements

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), licensed in the state of Illinois, and in good standing.
  • Availability to consistently cover morning sessions. Could be 5 mornings a week of half-days, 4 days with longer morning blocks, or another rhythm. We build the schedule together in onboarding and adjust as needed.
  • Strong communicator who is proactive and detail-oriented.
  • Passion for serving children and families, especially those with autism and developmental needs.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans grounded in assent-based, neuroaffirming care, support parent training, and supervise your RBTs.
  • Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers as part of the same team.
  • Run your own intakes. Your assessment, your plan, your client.
  • Keep documentation and treatment plans at high clinical standards.
