About The Position
North Shore Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Part-Time Morning Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for their Pediatric ABA program in Deerfield, IL. Clinicians will work with a scaled caseload, receive built-in supervision, and collaborate within a true interdisciplinary care team. The company utilizes a unique clinical model with the Gracent Care Calculator, emphasizing good practice and clinical autonomy. Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Licensed in the state of Illinois, and in good standing
- Availability to consistently cover morning sessions
- Strong communicator who is proactive and detail-oriented
- Passion for serving children and families, especially those with autism and developmental needs
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans grounded in assent-based, neuroaffirming care
- Support parent training
- Supervise RBTs
- Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers as part of the same team
- Run own intakes
- Keep documentation and treatment plans at high clinical standards
