North Shore Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Part-Time Morning Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their pediatric ABA team in Arlington Heights, IL. Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Licensed in the state of Illinois, and in good standing
• Availability to consistently cover morning sessions (e.g., 5 mornings a week of half-days, 4 days with longer morning blocks, or another rhythm)
• Strong communicator who is proactive and detail-oriented
• Passion for serving children and families, especially those with autism and developmental needs

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans grounded in assent-based, neuroaffirming care
• Support parent training
• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers as part of the same team
• Run your own intakes
• Keep documentation and treatment plans at high clinical standards
