Part-Time Afternoon BCBA — Pediatric ABA — Woodridge, IL

Gracent Pediatric TherapyWoodridge, IL
$55 - $60Onsite

About The Position

At Gracent Pediatric Therapy, we built part-time afternoon BCBA roles for clinicians whose mornings already belong to something else, and whose afternoons can be both meaningful clinical work and a real schedule. Many of our families need afternoon and after-school sessions. The need is real. The role is not a placeholder. We build your weekly rhythm with you: 5 short afternoons, 4 longer ones, 3 extended afternoons, whatever fits. Then on top of that: morning yoga that runs long, a midday school event, an unexpected dentist appointment — we work around what fits your life, not the other way around. Same caseload structure as our full-time team, scaled to your hours. 6–8 kids on a full caseload; your slice is shaped around the afternoon families and times you can serve. Supervision is 16–20%, built into your hours. True interdisciplinary care. BCBAs, SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers on the same team. The afternoon BCBAs aren’t a satellite squad. You’re in the room. One of the few clinical organizations that refuses blanket hour recommendations. We built the Gracent Care Calculator, a peer-reviewed tool, developed in-house, given free to the field. Our VP of Clinical Quality and Training, Liza Bodner, leads this work. You don’t have to advocate for good practice here. You just practice. Part-time today doesn’t lock you out of a Lead BCBA or Clinical Director path later. If your situation changes, the conversation is open.
