About The Position

Gracent Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Part-Time Afternoon BCBA for their Pediatric ABA program in Naperville, IL. The position offers a flexible schedule, built around the clinician's life, and allows for the same caseload structure as full-time team members, scaled to part-time hours. Supervision is built into the hours, and BCBAs are part of a true interdisciplinary care team, working alongside SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers. Gracent Pediatric Therapy emphasizes good clinical practice, utilizing their in-house tool, the Gracent Care Calculator, to avoid blanket hour recommendations. This role offers a path for career growth, with opportunities for Lead BCBA or Clinical Director positions if circumstances change. Requirements

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Licensed in the state of Illinois, and in good standing
Availability to consistently cover afternoon sessions (e.g., 5 afternoons a week of half-days, 4 days with longer afternoon blocks, or another rhythm)
Strong communicator who is proactive and detail-oriented
Passion for serving children and families, especially those with autism and developmental needs

Responsibilities

Carry an afternoon caseload
Conduct assessments
Develop individualized treatment plans grounded in assent-based, neuroaffirming care
Support parent training
Supervise your RBTs
Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers on shared kids, afternoon coordination, and full team membership
Run your own intakes for the families you serve
Hold documentation and treatment-plan standards at the same bar as the full-time team
