About The Position

Gracent Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Part-Time Afternoon Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for their clinic in Elmhurst, IL. This role is designed for clinicians who want to perform meaningful clinical work in the afternoons, fitting around existing morning commitments. The position offers a flexible schedule, allowing for 3-5 afternoons per week, with the weekly rhythm built collaboratively with the clinician. The caseload is scaled to part-time hours, focusing on afternoon and after-school sessions. Supervision is built into the hours at 16-20%. This role is part of a true interdisciplinary team, including SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers. Gracent Pediatric Therapy utilizes the Gracent Care Calculator, a peer-reviewed tool, to avoid blanket hour recommendations and promote good practice. Opportunities for career growth into Lead BCBA or Clinical Director roles are available if circumstances change.

Requirements

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Licensed in the state of Illinois, and in good standing.
Availability to consistently cover afternoon sessions (flexible scheduling options available).
Strong communicator who is proactive and detail-oriented.
Passion for serving children and families, especially those with autism and developmental needs.

Responsibilities

Carry an afternoon caseload.
Conduct assessments.
Develop individualized treatment plans grounded in assent-based, neuroaffirming care.
Support parent training.
Supervise RBTs.
Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers on shared kids and afternoon coordination.
Run own intakes for families.
Hold documentation and treatment-plan standards at the same bar as the full-time team.
