About The Position

STEPS Behavioral Health is looking for an experienced and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. This position offers the flexibility of remote work while maintaining meaningful in-person connections with clients and team members. We are seeking both part-time and full-time BCBAs who are passionate about providing high-quality ABA services and want the flexibility and support to do their best work. This is a remote position with a hybrid collaboration with a local BCBA to assist in coverage for the 25% in-person supervision requirement per Maryland guildelines. Candidates must also have East Coast evening availability to accommodate client needs.

Requirements

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
Current BCBA certification
Ability to meet applicable Maryland licensure/certification requirements
Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Strong organization, time management, and follow-through
East Coast evening availability
Ability to travel to Maryland to meet the position's in-person requirements

Nice To Haves

At least one year of telehealth experience preferred

Responsibilities

Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
Conduct assessments and analyze clinical data
Monitor client progress and adjust programming as appropriate
Provide supervision, training, and ongoing support to RBTs
Collaborate with parents and caregivers to promote skill development and generalization
Provide parent and caregiver training
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
Collaborate with other members of the client's care team
Ensure services meet clinical, ethical, and payer requirements
