Cortica is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for children receiving ABA treatment. The BCBA leads behavior technicians and supports a collaborative, transdisciplinary team delivering strength-based, holistic care to children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. The position is based in San Diego and surrounding areas, with up to 50% of the work performed remotely. The BCBA has autonomy over when and where to supervise cases. Telehealth is used when the BCBA determines it is clinically effective for the client and behavior technician. The role averages 26 billable hours per week, with reduced targets during shorter weeks and an opportunity to earn additional bonus compensation by increasing billable hours. At BCBA levels III and IV, productivity targets decrease to 22 billable hours to allow more focus on leadership and other professional interests. Cortica provides administrative support for scheduling, billing, and credentialing. Cortica’s care model emphasizes transdisciplinary collaboration with families, caregivers, and clinicians, individualized care plans, and quality-focused, integrated clinical decision-making. The company offers advancement through BCBA levels I–IV.
