At Cortica, Board-Certified Behavior Analysts use a strength-based, holistic approach to clinical programming for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. The ABA Supervisor oversees neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment and leads behavior technicians and Assistant Supervisors. The role is part of a transdisciplinary team providing collaborative, individualized, patient-centered care in partnership with families, caregivers, and other clinicians. The position averages 26 billable hours per week, with reduced targets during shorter weeks. Bonus potential is uncapped and may increase with additional billable hours. At BCBA levels III and IV, productivity targets are reduced to 22 hours to support leadership development and broader professional interests. The supervisor has autonomy over when and where cases are supervised. Scheduling, billing, and credentialing support is provided by dedicated administrative staff. The role is hybrid, with up to 50% of work performed remotely; telehealth is determined by the BCBA based on clinical effectiveness for the client.
