Cortica is hiring a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences who receive ABA treatment. The BCBA uses a strength-based, holistic approach and leads behavior technicians, supporting them in delivering meaningful care to children and families. The role is part of a transdisciplinary team and emphasizes collaboration with families, caregivers, and clinicians to develop individualized care plans. This hybrid role serves The Woodlands, Texas, and surrounding areas, with remote flexibility for clinical work and administrative tasks. Telehealth is used when the BCBA determines it is clinically effective for the client and behavior technician. The BCBA averages 26 billable hours per week, with reduced targets during shorter weeks. BCBAs have autonomy over when and where they supervise cases, while administrative teams assist with scheduling, billing, and credentialing. Advancement opportunities are available through BCBA levels I through IV; productivity targets at levels III and IV are reduced to 22 hours. The stated salary and productivity bonus earning potential is $90,439–$112,932, with opportunities for a separate monthly ABA caseload bonus of up to 10% of monthly base salary. The position also offers a productivity bonus for additional billable hours.
