Cortica is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for children receiving ABA treatment. The BCBA leads behavior technicians (BTs) and contributes to a supportive, transdisciplinary team providing strength-based, holistic care to children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. The role involves collaborating with families, caregivers, and clinicians to develop individualized care plans and deliver integrated, patient-centered services. This is a flexible hybrid role serving Naperville, Illinois, and surrounding areas. Remote work may be used to balance clinical and administrative responsibilities. Telehealth is determined by the BCBA based on clinical effectiveness for the client and BT. BCBAs have autonomy over when and where they supervise cases, with administrative support for scheduling, billing, and credentialing. The position averages 26 billable hours per week, with reduced targets during shorter weeks. Advancement is available through BCBA levels I–IV; productivity targets at levels III and IV are reduced to 22 hours. Compensation is listed as $91,000–$114,000, with productivity incentives and an additional ABA caseload bonus opportunity of up to 10% of monthly base salary. The posting describes set scheduling and benefits intended to support professional development and work-life balance.
