Cortica is hiring a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for children receiving ABA treatment. The BCBA will lead and support behavior technicians within a transdisciplinary team, providing strength-based, holistic care for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. The role includes collaboration with families, caregivers, and clinicians from fields such as occupational therapy, speech pathology, and pediatrics to develop individualized care plans and support integrated, patient-centered outcomes. This hybrid role serves The Woodlands, Texas, and surrounding areas, with remote flexibility for clinical and administrative work. Telehealth is used when the BCBA determines it is clinically effective for the client and behavior technician. BCBAs average 26 billable hours per week, with reduced targets during shorter weeks. They have autonomy over when and where they supervise cases, while administrative teams support scheduling, billing, and credentialing. Advancement through BCBA levels I–IV is available; productivity targets at levels III and IV are reduced to 22 hours. Compensation is listed as $90,439–$112,932, with productivity incentives and a separate ABA caseload bonus that can reach up to 10% of monthly base salary. The posting also describes professional development support, license renewal reimbursement, time off, retirement matching, insurance coverage, and set scheduling.
