About The Position

At Cortica, Board-Certified Behavior Analysts use a strength-based, holistic approach to clinical programming for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. The ABA Supervisor oversees neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment and leads behavior technicians and Assistant Supervisors. The role is part of a transdisciplinary team that collaborates with families, caregivers, and clinicians to provide individualized, integrated care. The role averages 26 billable hours per week, with reduced targets during shorter weeks. Bonus earning potential is uncapped and tied to increased billable hours. The position offers autonomy over when and where cases are supervised, and administrative support with scheduling, billing, and credentialing. Advancement opportunities are available through BCBA levels I–IV; productivity targets at levels III and IV are reduced to 22 hours to support leadership development and broader professional interests. Up to 50% of the role can be performed remotely, with telehealth used when clinically effective for the client and behavior technician. Total earning potential, including salary and bonus, is $93,797–$117,246.
