Cortica is hiring a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for children receiving ABA treatment. The role uses a strength-based, holistic approach and works within a transdisciplinary team to support children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. The BCBA leads behavior technicians, collaborates with families, caregivers, and clinicians, and develops individualized care plans. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement in Charlotte, North Carolina, and surrounding areas, with remote flexibility for clinical and administrative work. Telehealth is used when clinically effective for the client and behavior technician. BCBAs average 26 billable hours per week, with reduced targets during shorter weeks; productivity targets are reduced to 22 hours at BCBA levels III and IV. The role provides autonomy over scheduling and administrative support for scheduling, billing, and credentialing. Total annual earning potential, including salary and bonus, is $101,512–$126,890, with additional bonus opportunities. A $5,000 first-year bonus is offered to full-time teammates.
