About The Position

At Cortica, the ABA Supervisor (BCBA) provides strength-based, holistic, neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences who receive ABA treatment. The role oversees clinical programming and leads behavior technicians and Assistant Supervisors, fostering a supportive transdisciplinary team and making a meaningful impact for children and their families. The position averages 26 billable hours per week, with reduced targets during shorter weeks. Bonus earnings can increase with additional billable hours, but this is optional. At BCBA levels III and IV, productivity targets are reduced to 22 hours to support leadership development and broader professional interests. The BCBA has autonomy over when and where to supervise cases, and may work remotely for up to 50% of the role. Telehealth is used when the BCBA determines it is clinically effective for the client and BT. Administrative teams support scheduling, billing, and credentialing. Cortica provides a transdisciplinary model involving areas such as occupational therapy, speech pathology, and pediatrics, and emphasizes collaboration with families, caregivers, and clinicians to develop individualized care plans. The company describes its care model as prioritizing quality and outcomes over session volume.
